Grade I listed watermill on the River Stour. Built in 1733, the mill is attached to a 17th century red brick miller's cottage and is found in the heart of Dedham Vale. Just upstream is a traditional thatched building called Bridge Cottage as well as a lock and a dry dock. It is a historically important, picturesque area owned by the National Trust and immortalised by English artist John Constable in his 1816 painting Flatford Mill (Scene on a Navigable River). On site parking is available.
