Clare Castle Country Park

More than 30 acres of parkland and history just south of Clare. The park provides opportunities for leisure and fun with its fields and playgrounds but is also an important heritage site. The remains of a motte and bailey castle can be found on the western edge and in the centre is an old, Victorian station. A diversion of the River Stour runs along the boundary of the park.
