Kessingland Beach

Sprawling, unspoilt beach just south of Lowestoft. This is one of the very few areas along the East Anglian coast where the beach is growing and the sea receding, allowing an expanse of quiet, unfrequented pebbly beach. It is dotted with grassy dunes and at the shoreline the pebbles mix with sand. The beach is spacious, peaceful and has a particular reputation for being dog-friendly.
